The website provides general information about the project and its intended business activities in sourcing, commercial development and distribution of selected technology solutions for European markets.

Personal data we process
The website currently has no contact form and no user account area. If you contact FIVEPORT by email, the information processed may include:
- identification and contact details, such as your name, professional email address, telephone number and company;
- professional information you choose to provide, such as your role or business interests;
- the content of your message and any documents or other information you voluntarily attach;
- technical information that may be generated when accessing the website, such as server logs and basic connection data, where collected by the hosting infrastructure.
Please do not send special categories of personal data or other sensitive information unless strictly necessary and supported by an appropriate legal basis.
Purposes and legal bases
Personal data received through email may be processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries and managing business communications. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, where applicable, or the controller’s legitimate interest in handling and responding to business correspondence.
- Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.
- Maintaining the security and proper operation of the website. Limited technical data may be processed where necessary for security, troubleshooting and service delivery, on the basis of legitimate interests or other applicable legal grounds.
Providing data in an email is voluntary. However, without the information needed to understand and answer a request, FIVEPORT may not be able to respond adequately.
Data retention
Email correspondence and related personal data are retained for as long as necessary to manage the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Where no contract or other continuing relationship arises, correspondence is generally intended to be deleted or anonymised within 24 months of the last meaningful exchange, unless a longer period is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or to comply with legal obligations.
Technical logs, if collected, are retained only for the period necessary for security, troubleshooting and the operation of the website, taking account of the actual configuration of the hosting service.
Recipients and transfers
Personal data may be accessible, to the extent necessary, to providers supporting the operation of the website and email communications, such as hosting, email, IT maintenance and security providers. Such providers may act as data processors where required by applicable law.
Data may also be disclosed to professional advisers or public authorities where necessary or required by law. FIVEPORT does not make personal data available for sale.
